Oh my gracious, it's Fall! It definitely snuck up on me. I knew it was coming, but seriously, September is almost over. I feel like if I blink Christmas will be here. I'm just now easing back into work. We were in the Philippines the second week of September and we had family in town the third week of September. It's been a whirlwind and I'm not quite sure I have my feet under me.
I've been in the process of whipping up some really FUN Autumn inspired styled stock photography and I can't wait to share it with you! When it comes to styled stock photos, looking for props, and gathering inspiration you can almost always find me in one spot, Magnolia Market, haha! ;) Magnolia Market is one of my favorite places to find props and also find lots of inspiration.
One: I love this harvest cotton stem. I already have their regular cotton stems, but I loved the Autumn leaves on this harvest stem. It's perfect for Fall!
Two: These picnic throws have all my favorite things when it comes to what inspires me... texture and earth tones, haha! What is so perfect about these throws is that they are perfect for every season!
Three: Bowls are a perfect item to add to your prop collection. What I love about these bowls is the texture inspired designs and the classic colors.
Four: Twine spools with scissors, be still my beating heart, haha! Seriously guys, I have a thing for twine spools and little scissors. I use twine all the time when styling photos, and it's extra cute when it's on a spool with matching scissors.
Five: One of the easiest things that you can do to really plus an image is to add layers. I love adding layers to styled stock photos, and I especially love it when it's done with vintage inspired notebooks.
Six: These Autumn Berry stems are probably my favorite item on this list. I am most inspired by earth tones, greenery... basically anything related to the outdoors, and these berry stems are just perfect!
Friends, did you hear? Magnolia has partnered with Target! I think we all lost are minds when they announced it, haha! Check it out here and mark your calendars! xoxo! Samantha
